who’s he talking to in there?
This is a form of pagan worship. It’s being pushed by the Episcopagans and other once-Christian denominations as part of their present New Age beliefs.
That’s pretty neat. My Eagle project was painting some steps so that old people wouldn’t fall down and die.
I was a Scout Master for 10 years and never saw anything like this. We concentrated on following the guidelines from the Scout Handbook that the project had to be a community involvement project that actually helped someone. We built bridges on walking trails, painted house numbers on curbs with reflective paint, cleaned up parks, repainted fire hydrants, just little things that made the community a better and safer place to live in.
Chill. Its pretty neat; the folks that walk it can come to their own conclusions.
hmm, How is this project a betterment to a community?
at the bsa council office I am affiliated with, a parent is running the kids eagle project, and it is donating an old church bus to an indian tribe filled with food and back packs with school supplies.
national has said please don’t let this happen, we don’t want the liability.
