Dr. Khalwale: On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard none other than the Leader of Government Business acknowledge that because of Obama's win in the United States of America (USA), the House is crippled. Could we allow him to move a Motion for Adjournment so that we could also continue the celebrations of having a Kenyan ruling the USA? I humbly request!

Ms. Odhiambo:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the President-elect, Mr. Obama, is a son of the soil of this country.
...
Mr. Deputy Speaker: President-elect has not been sworn-in yet. The election of President-elect Obama is of utmost national importance to the United States of America. Ms. Odhiambo, you are a lawyer. You had better be very careful where you transgress between watching your own sovereignty and what can be interpreted in some quarters as some form of treason.

COMMUNICATION FROM THE CHAIR CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO PRESIDENT-ELECT BARRACK OBAMA:
Hon. Members, as you may be aware, the people of the United States of America have just had a historic election where the son of this soil, Barrack Hussein Obama...
...
Mr. Chanzu:
I highly congratulate Obama and salute Americans, Black, White and other races, for what they have done in showing the world that a leader can come from any community. I also want to congratulate Kenyans for the support they have shown. It showed the Americans that we were supporting our own.
Dear Sir,
Permit me to hint whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national government ; and to declare expressly that the command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on any but a natural born citizen.
I remain, dear sir,
Your faithful friend and servant,
John Jay.
Whoops, I didn’t see the text above the photo, until too late...
If that doesn't evidence exactly what the framers were seeking to avoid in a presidential candidate, elect--allegiance to other than the United States, albeit a claim he allowed it to ellapse--, then the Constitution no longer emans a damned thing with liberal democrats who would set it aside in order to promote their chosen affirmative action candidate.
The next two weeks are going to be very interesting to observe, and may result in abrogation of the civil contract through which We The People were until that point the sovereigns of this Constitutional Republic.
To be sure, the abrogation will not be immediately discernable, and we will have obamanoid spittelists coming on this very thread to tell us nothing wiull be different if we allow out contract to be set aside for this man to ascend to president. But there will be, down the road, astonishing results of allowing the democrat party to cancel the Constitutional Republic for their empowerment.
They gladly use the slaughter of tens of millions of alive unborn children as a means to empower the democrat party. What the abrogation of a moldy old piece of paper to them?
We also need to get Bambi to account for all of his campaign contributions
In my last letter to Justice Thomas I sought to pose the absurdity of the notion that We The People individually did not have standing to require a presidential candidate prove he/she meets the Constiutional requirements for the job. I suspect the SCOTUS is not through with this issue and have chosen the point at which they will intervene to cause this candidate to prove he is eligible through dealing with the natural born citizen issue. We shall see ... the man is a proven perjurer, has posted a forged document as his proof of his eligibility, and has spent more than a million to avoid having to present his forged document to a court where it could be check for authenticity. He is a wicked, deceitful, affirmative action slug.

Yeah, very careful...and Kenya is apparently more concerned with sovereignty and treason than the majority of americans...
"The Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs (Mr. Musyoka): As we do, as you said from the Chair, this is a sovereign country. We know we can learn a lot. To be able to support that blood relation, I think we owe it to ourselves to make sure that we have a peaceful country as Kenyans; a country that will uphold the true principles of the rule of law, democracy and tolerance between ourselves At the beginning of this year, Senator Barrack Obama called me at midnight and told me: "Mr. Vice President, could you make sure you sort out this problem?" I want to assure him that the problem has since been sorted out."
Is this for real? Vice president of -Home Affairs- in Kenya?!
