An unscientific poll being conducted by America Online reveals more and more people are having second thoughts about Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
Those who raised questions about his vague history before the election largely drew scorn from the mainstream media, which cited an online image from Obama's campaign that purportedly proved his U.S. citizenship with a Hawaiian "Certification of Live Birth."
But the latest results from the America Online poll reveal that nationwide only 41 percent of the participants now believe there is no issue to be investigated.
Fifty-three percent nationwide, and majorities in 45 states individually, say "yes" when asked if there is "any merit" to the controversy surrounding his citizenship. Even in Obama's own state, Illinois, the opinion is split 47-47 percent on the issue.
WND has reported on nearly 20 lawsuits that have been filed in various courts around the nation, including several that have reached the U.S. Supreme Court.
They all in various ways allege Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Whereas the well-being of all citizens of the United States is preserved and enhanced by the men and women who are assigned to serve our country outside of our national borders;
Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President; and
Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a "natural born Citizen" under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.
Too late? Not really. I'm praying in Jesus Christ Name! that the SCOTUS will be vigilant enough, that they'll uphold the Constitution no matter what. I'll pray that they'll check mate the Zero!

It’s just a matter of time before someone who knows the truth squeels or a forgotten document surfaces to reveal his secretive past.
Aside from his lack of documentation, he does not pass the ‘smell test’ in regards to divided loyalties. He is a not a Natural-born citizen, since he claims to be the son of a Kenyan.

Surfacing documents or 10,000 absolutely credible witnesses will make no difference. The MSM is still the measure of political truth. MSM will ignore it. MSM will ignore 75% of the population demonstrating and protesting the issue. Because MSM ignores it the politicians feel they can ignore it.Hussein can probably state in front of TV cameras that he is not a citizen at all and raise his middle finger and MSM will ignore it. The upshot of it all is that provision of the Constitution has been effectively repealed by MSM. That is a precedent that will be cherished by the left because a blatant throwing out of one provision can be repeated for other provisions.
Actually it is in this line of the resolution:

Obama was a cosponsor of the bill and he inserted this line. Now keep in mind. This was a resolution specific to John McCain. There was no need for that line to be inserted, unless of course he was trying to use it as "cover" for himself
With this election and the success of ACORN, elections are thoroughly changed in character and Republicans and Conservatives will never learn how to participate in the New Elections. Once upon a time there were Republican city Machines that could stuff ballot boxes. That era has been over for many years. Now the Democrats have pretty
much a monopoly on it and with ACORN have made it the norm throughout the nation. With the Democrats in control this time ACORN will be ensconced as the arbiter in national elections and will turn its efforts downstream to Congressional elections and then to state and local activities.

Being sworn in does not guarantee Obama from anything of a legal issue, the POTUS is there to LEAD the nation and set an example of leadership, wisdom and noble statesmanship, NOT to be the poster child of lawlessness.
I don’t understand how in the world Obama supposedly has the highest approval rate of any president since Reagan at his heyday when so many people are suspect of him.
Is this rigged? Is the media going to continue to defraud the public through illegal manipulation of perception?...for how long?
This is positively counter intuitive—but there it is blasted across the newswaves....Obama 82 % approval....
