Has Chief Justice Roberts considered the full implications of the action he will take on January 20, 2009?
At this moment in history, one man has the power to stop this monumental fraud and uphold the Constitution. That man is Chief Justice John Roberts. He can and should refuse to swear Obama into office until such time that he has delivered proof of his compliance with Article II Section I, which he has thus far spent a million dollars in legal fees refusing to do.
But if you expect Roberts to do it, you had better think again...

Actually bo posted that fact that he is unqualified as per NBC clause when he admitted that his father was a Kenyan/British citizen.
Furthermore, the burden of proof is on the candidate, the DNC and the various Secretaries of State.
And yes the duty to uphold the Constitution is on anyone who takes the oath.
In order to get his name on the ballot in the course of the primaries and the general election, Obama was NOT required by any state or federal agency to produce what any of we peasants must produce to:
Get a driver’s license
Apply for Social Security
Apply for a Passport
... and the list goes on and on
And yet according to your idiotic logic that “Nobody has produced any proof that Obama is not legally qualified”, we should all be able to do these things with a fraudulent computer-generated COLB. But you see, we can’t. We have to produce legitimate long-form certified birth certificates.
So you are supporting what we have: two classes of people: One set of rules for we peasants (and for Republicans aspiring to higher office, I might add). And another set for the Democrat ruling class.
They just don't make sacred oaths like they used to. :-(
The way I see it is the people who DID NOT vote for Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro DO NOT deserve the government they will get! Those 58 million Americans tried to get the truth out about Obama in every way they could. They tried to talk to family and friends to point out the many unanswered questions about Obama. And they even tried to get the Obama supporters they knew to simply answer the question of WHY they were supporting Obama. All the answers I got were the same. That he was “inspiring”. We will see how inspired they will be with the government THEY deserve.
So the folks who DESERVE the government they get with Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro as their Commander in Chief, are the Americans who voted for him, voted third party or wirte in, and those who did not vote at all.
I live in the world where reality is determined by facts and evidence. Nobody has produced any proof that Obama is not legally qualified.

2) it would confirm what many suspect, he's a product of affirmative action.

Some do care, very much. But it is amazing how many don’t. They won’t care until the entire Constitution has the worthless value of Article II Section I. Then they will wonder what happened and the thought that THEY made it happen by ignoring an infringement as obvious as this one, will never cross their minds.

In which case Obama turns to someone in the audience and has them swear him in. Nothing says it has to be the Chief Justice, that's just tradition.
Bush is on TV at this moment talking about what a great job Obama will do.

They most certainly have... don’t you read?
But beside that FACT, Article II Section I makes it incumbent upon the candidate to prove his/her Constitutional eligibility for the office they seek. The burden of proof is upon the candidate, not the naysayer.
If nobody asks the question, it is assumed. But many have asked the question, which means in this case, eligibility is in doubt, at which point, it is the duty of the candidate to lay all doubts to rest.
Instead of doing that, he has spent a million bucks running from the question. People who hide things usually have something to hide.
He has spent a million bucks to avoid delivering a $10.00 certified copy of his birth records. And you see no reason to doubt?
Would you make this same argument if Castro, Chavez or Ahmadinijad had been democratically elected president?
If Muslim immigrants managed to make Bin Laden the electoral winner, would you make this same defense?
Nothing means what it used to...
The courts haven't agreed with that position as yet. I very much doubt that they will, but we shall see.
