WTF? This is our president? Wow, what a bad start for him, as he was meeting with Republican senators and imploring them to act swiftly on his proposed $1 trillion bailout. Problem is, it is loaded with pork and earmarks. For example, he wants to give a lot of money to people who pay no income taxes. This is a massive plan for wealth distribution, otherwise known as socialism.
And what about this business of closing GITMO within one year? What does President Obama plan on doing with the terrorists? Some have suggested that they should be sent to Pennsylvania, particularly John Murtha's stomping grounds. But I liked the idea I heard on a radio show the other day. The DJ suggested that we send the jihadists to the two most liberal cities in the country, San Francisco and New York City. In response to this, another commentator stated that they would likely receive the keys to the city. And yet another person said that the jihadists will be so popular in San Francisco that one of them should be able to run for the senate, and eventually replace Nancy Pelosi.
And what about rehabilitation programs for jihadists? Does this sound like a good idea? (I heard Michael Medved talking about this on his radio show just today.) Well, liberals love therapy, because they think regular punishment meted out by the criminal justice system is cruel and inhumane. But I guess they don't realize how well people can play games, and make the therapist and other medical personnel believe that they are making progress in their treatment and are well enough to be released. Yeah, great idea for these jihadists.
President Obama must really despise Rush Limbaugh, but mentioning him in this way will only make him bigger and embolden his fan base just that much more. Obama wants to foster a new spirit of bipartisanship, at least that's what he says. But he also said "I Won! Oh, and, uh, Stop Listening to Rush Limbaugh!" Well, Mr. President, you can't have it both ways. You can't preach bipartisanship and then turn around and proclaim "It's my way or the highway!"
This is shaping up early on to be one of the biggest disasters in US presidential history. Perhaps the Republicans were right, to put up a weak candidate in McCain, let Obama win, and then watch as he destroys American even without trying very hard. It looks like it might be a replay of the Carter-to-Reagan transition, but we are waiting to see who the next Reagan will be. I kind of like Newt Gingrich, but we'll have to wait and see what his intentions are.
Anyway, uh, President Obama, uh, is, like, floundering around a lot right now, uh, isn't he? Yes he sure is! What else did you expect?
The Dems need to stop listening to Karl Marx.
Bipartisanship to a liberal means republicans bow down and give up their conservative principles like McLame does on a routine basis. I say it’s time to think about the 2010 elections.

I seriously doubt the Maximum Leader has any idea what Rush has been saying. He’s just using him as an all-purpose boogey man. We would all be better off if he started listening to Rush. I propose a gift subscription to the Limbaugh Letter.
I can’t imagine any conservative leader presuming to order opposition leaders who they can and cannot read or listen to. I am hoping that the Republican leaders are as outraged by this as I am. If not, they are not going to be leaders very long.

The republicans need to get a back bone and stick it to this chump. They need to get the message out that there is a better way based on sound American principles.

Oh and I finally saw the video where you almost become unhinged while your supporters are asking you questions and doing their job. That is very near to assault and you need to keep your hands to yourself, or maybe you were trying to cop a feel. Believe it or not I saw it on CNN.
I think you may be losing your base support. If you can’t stand the heat get out of the fire.
In fact, do us all a favor and leave. You are going to be exposed by the comic book that first gave us a look at John Edwards private life and you are much more delicious meal for that dragon.
