I love it when politicians squirm.
It reminds me of my childhood…and my beloved magnifying glass. I think the ants I torched as a 6-year-old deserve more than politicians. When I die, and no doubt get to burn a little myself, I think the first thing I’ll repent is my treatment of ants.
I think the second thing I’ll bring up is my treatment of politicians…but as one of my good deeds. That should win me a few points upstairs.
Ah yes…the point, indeed. My buddy, Tom Daschole, started to put on the full-court press today to save his diminutive behind.

I’m confused. Is it Daschle who had these “hiccups” or was it the other guy(s)? I’ve lost track of the felons being put on Hussein Obama’s cabinet.
Not just hiccups for Tiny Tom. He’s a tax cheat plain and simple.
12 The wicked plot against the godly; they snarl at them in defiance.

If this were a Republican president, and a Democrat Senate, and Tom Daschle were still majority leader, and the president sent up a cabinet nominee with these kinds of problems...do you think Tiny Tom would accept an apology and let it go at that?

Mr. Daschle would be saying he was "troubled by the process used by the White House for selecting and vetting the candidates that are being sent up to the Hill for their hearings. The Congress of the United States has a crucial role under our Constitution, a role the White House seems to have little taste for, or interest in. The very low quality of these nominees raises questions about the way this White House, and this President, view their responsibilities to the taxpayers we are all trying to represent."
That's the sort of thing Tommy himself would say, if the tables were turned.

I DON’T WANT TO HEAR from another liberal what WE should be doing to serve the community or the world. When they start paying their rightful taxes before forcing us to pay beyond the fair share, stop taking private jets everywhere & using up fuel while telling us to “stay at home and conserve”, and stop saying that they and their radical leftist friends are the only ones with the right to express themselves while they attempt to silence us “whacko God-fearing Christians”. When they stop saying they care about the children- all the time supporting candidates and political positions that allow for the murder of countless babies via abortion,— when they stop being such detestable hypocrits, THEN I’ll have some respect for them and consider listening to them!
