State Sovereignty - Live Free Or Die - The Movement Grows
American Daily Review ^ | 02/24/2009 | Mark L. Harvey

As the movement to claim State Sovereignty grows, Obamatards disguised as “legal scholars” are coming out in a pathetic attempt at libtard spin, they claim that the states don’t have that Constitutional right because federal statute OVERRIDES the Constitution. Excuse me? I don’t know where these clowns got their degrees but I have an inkling that they got them out of the same place Obama got his birth certificate… anyone else old enough to remember a box of caramel covered popcorn and peanuts called “Cracker Jack?”

With a Hat Tip to FaultlineUSA, we have an article by JD Longstreet explaining the “phallucy” of these fools and tools that have no earthy idea of that which they pretend to know. If what they say is true, why then has there not been a Constitutional Convention to amend the US Constitution to repeal the 9th and 10th Amendments? I know. The criminals in DC, the anti-constitutionalists pass laws and the Judiciary passes excrement in the forms of OPINIONS (not law - it is unconstitutional for the judiciary to legislate) trying to get around the US Constitution.

Hadn't thought of it in years. Karmel Korn we'd get at the mall was better. Also Poppycock in tins was good. Now they all seem to have disappeared.

This movement is only going to grow. I’m waiting for a State to pass one of these resolutions.

I keep waiting for a state to implement this for their citizens:

Since you can write off your state income taxes to lower your federal income tax, a state could raise its taxes so high its citizens would owe the feds 0, zero, nada, nothing.

Then the state could give the cash back to each state taxpayer without calling it a refund because as you all know you would then have to declare the refund as income on your fed form the next year.

If liberals can always get away with playing word games - “it depends on your definition of is”, “I didn’t have sex”, etc - then why don’t conservatives play the same game.

“But it’s not a refund, it’s a BONUS for be a taxpayer in a conservative state!”

State Sovereignty Resolutions

”The powers delegated to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the state governments are numerous and indefinite."

California did that. It defied the DEA, the Controlled Substances Act and the Supreme Court's decision in Gonzalez v. Reich by continuing to legalize "medical marijuana." Recently, the Liberal Messiah told the DEA to discontinue raiding places selling it.

So California defied all three branches of the federal government and won. If California could do it for "medical marijuana," other States should be able to do so on more important matters.
