While the Obamanation sashays through the elegantly appointed rooms of London, rubbing well-creamed elbows with other global socialists and tyrants, the One has been indicted by a citizen grand jury in Georgia.
The indictment was delivered to state and federal prosecutors yesterday.
This morning, I spoke to Georgia resident Carl Swensson, whose work is detailed on his Rise up for America website. The computer specialist says he got tired of the issues over Obama's eligibility, as well as his performance in office.
So, over the weekend he assembled 25 jurors who took sworn testimony from several sources, including attorney Orly Taitz, and then generated an indictment that later was forwarded to the U.S. attorney, the state attorney general and others in law enforcement across the state.
Swensson says the authority for the grand jury is the Magna Carta, the bill of rights that formed the foundation of British common law on which U.S. law is based.
And since serving the indictment, Swensson has been inundated with calls from all over the country from citizens seeking to do the same thing. I asked him to join us tonight on my radio program to give us the details. So....

Really? A private citizen gets 25 of his fellow travelers to agree with him so they wrote a letter he’s sending to a U.S. attorney and he calls this a “Grand Jury” and then says it is authorized by the Magna Carta, no really!

In case you didn’t notice, this isn’t a real grand jury, this is some kook who supposedly has 25 fellow cooks writing a paper that he sent to a U.S. attorney whatever that is and claiming his authority comes from the Magna Carta, feel the woo, it burns.
I have posted no less than two original stories every day on FR regarding Obama’s lack of eligibility to be POTUS under the Constitution. Whether they don’t like the source (Huffington Post) or whether one of the monitors is one of these “its a dead issue” RINO’s, the story is being truncated on FR. So much for celebrating freedom and the Constitution among conservatives.
These legal challenges will eventually catch up to Barry! He will be removed from office (not April fools joke).
