Barak Obama went to London riding on a pony, he stuck an IPod in his cap and called it “Purple Kool-Aid”

If i gave my Grandma an Ipod it would either be returned to the store pronto or thrown into the junk draw never to be seen again.

With his collegiate mentality, he prbably figures he and Kim Jong Il, will smoke a few bowls together, go out for some good Korean food, and talk about how best to handle their subjects...ruler to ruler bonding.

My mother's the same age and has no idea what an iPod is...nor does she care.

If he really wanted to give her something rare or unique, he could have given her a copy of his real birth certificate.

I read somewhere that Prince Andrew had given the Queen Mum and iPod a couple of years back. But that doesn’t mean she used it.

are the gifts from obama to queen and vice versa listed here for real?

If so, one can bet that the signed photo she gave him was a direct response to the treatment of gordon brown, unless there is precedent for her doing this with US presidents previously.

The Queen always gives guests a photo of herself in a silver frame. W & Laura last presented Her Majesty with a sculpture by an American artist and before that letters from the National Archives from FDR to her father.

While Apple is an American company (although they had to struggle to get the name from the Beatles) the ipod itself is made in China.
