President Obama talking tough to a group of voters in Miami before the election, yet President Obama must have forgotten this speech. Is there any evidence of a tough policy towards Cuba? Any?

To be fair, what is the point of the embargo on Cuba? We have full relations with countries China that have far worse human rights records than Cuba.
China cannot hit us with a missile.
What do you think the Clinton exchange of “rocket technology” was about in the 1990s?
There is some believe that they might be able to hit Seattle now. But mainland attacks are still an off thing.
The Cuban missile crisis maybe over but there still could be nukes in Cuba.
China is consequential, Cuba is nothing.
Still, I don’t believe Americans should be barred from traveling to Cuba.
Naturally, the muslim in command (MIC) authorized this move to allow more $$ to leave the country in order to hasten the collapse of the US economy.
Cuba is a BIG destination for the sex tourism trade.
Euro’s are going to be very ticked off about American’s driving up the prices.

If thay can launch 15 or 16 satellites in 2009, they can drop a warhead anywhere they want and there’s nothing we can do about it.
I am not certain of what China's progress in developing an ICBM is, nor do I know how many, if any, ICBMs that China has. But I do know that if China really wanted to, it could have ICBMs pointed at the USA in a really short amount of time.
I am also sure that if Cuba wanted to it could clandestinely develop its own weapons program. Cuba is already in bed with Venezuela and both countries are looking to shake things up with the USA.
To add some more context, Americans can currently travel to Iran and Venezuela even though those countries are on our $#!+ list.
I personally think the main reason for keeping the embargo in place is so that an aspiring politician seeking higher office can curry favoritism with the Cuban exile population in Florida.
Oh I don’t dispute that living conditions in Cuba are better or worse than any other third world country. I am just questioning why we still embargo them even when there are more worthy countries of such an embargo.
From a 2005 article: http://www.carnegieendowment.org/publications/index.cfm?fa=view&id=17609&prog=zgp&proj=znpp
The U.S. Department of Defense estimates that the number of Chinese ICBMs capable of hitting the United States could increase to around 30 by 2005 and may reach up to 60 by 2010.
