Why is the left trying to save these "cuddly" savages again?
Long before the most recent polar bear attack of a Berlin Zoo patron who had jumped the enclosure wall, there was Binky the polar bear.

Stay out of the cage you wont get attacked. They put bars on the tiger cages too for the same reason.

Lady probably jumped the fence and tried to pet the cute white bear. Bears should not be punished for eating people that stupid.
Some people are too stupid to be allowed to be near sharp objects or wild animals. Those people usually think that grown, 1200 lb polar bears are cuddly and forget that polar bears think of humans as easy prey.

I just read your comments. So we shouldn’t save them? It’s one thing to help a species but it’s another to be stupid enough to think they are kind enough to be handled. Obviously there are some people who are stupid enough to think they can approach dangerous animals and not get attacked. This woman and others like her are asking to be killed when they act in such a stupid manner.
This is how the Polar Peoples traditionally disposed of the elderly (when the time came).
That happened at the Anchorage zoo in July 1994.
Binky and cage-mate Nuka died in 1995 of a fungal/bacterial infection to their paws only a few days apart from each other.

They should have let the bear have his meal. The idiot jumped TWO fences to get that close. No sympathy for that person here! What a jerk!

A few years ago there was a zoo where they brought up two pola bear cubs. I forget if they were brother or sister or brothers. They were cute. They got to an age where they just became dangerous. They had some small pvc containers like small beer kegs. They got pissed off and started swatting them around in a furor because for some reason they got mad.
They are beautiful animals but they are predators. I think zoos suck and they should not lock animals up in confined areas. A great place is woman in TN who has a private preserve for old elephants. I think mainly Asian elephants. They are amazing animals but need lots of room to roam.
You’ve also got to love the useless idiots slapping the bear ineffectually with leafy branches. Someone should have tried to gouge the goddamn eyes out of the bear.
