Susan Roesgen's wiki says: During the Tea Party protest on Tax Day April 15, 2009, Roesgen complained that a sign showing President Barack Obama dressed as Hitler was offensive.[1] However, in January 2006 at a protest, she joked about a protester who wore a George W. Bush mask with a Hitler moustache and devil horns.[2]

She used to be a reporter in New Orleans. I saw her at a restaurant - let’s just say that she has the skinniest neck I’ve ever seen on a human being who wasn’t in a hospital bed. There’s no way much blood can make it through that bird neck up to that bird brain.

Good link. There weren’t even just copious Bush/Hitler comparisons, signs, etc., but there was a number of Bush assassination art (songs, signs, video or two) out there also.
She was quick to emphasize that “he’s the President” but when it came to Bush CNN would have never acknowledged that fact.
