What happened to Dr. Orly Taitz's Blog? What happened to Dr. Orly Taitz's websites.
No, the FBI did not shut it down.
No, Obama did not shut it down.
No, her web host did not shut it down.
Grab a cup of coffee and pull up a chair.
Let's go back to Dr. Orly's first blogsite and start there.
I was an assistant web moderator on drorly.blogspot.com
The site is still there. You can go see it.
The last message displaying on the posted blog is saying the site was sabotaged and redirects you to DefendOurFreedoms.US.
Allow me to give you background on that.
That drorly.blogspot.com did have some nefarious functions. But those functions were authorized by Orly. I assumed it was because she didn't understand the internet. There was a 3rd party program added to drorly.blogspot.com. This program was collecting everyones information and transfering it to an unknown server. Anyone that visited the site. Anyone that posted at the site. The data was being collected. Why? I don't know. Did Orly know? Yes she did. She authorized the head webmaster for that blog to install it on 12/24/08.

Note: top of this graphic shows, circled in red, the server (which is now defunct) the data collected was being transferred to, An account on myopenid by the name of jthompson. In the account manage screen, I circled the account name, drorly.blogspot.com
The data transfer took place via a jave script program plus a put command that enabled FTP transfer. I have more screen shots on this. But my point is, the java program is what caused trouble with people using the site. The browsers and people fire walls don't allow data collection that easily. So people had trouble on the site.

April 2, Orly reports to the FBI, Supreme Court and various officials that her sites, blogs and PayPal are being hacked and sabotaged.

I just gave a brief explanation on the last blog. That was not hacked. That was authorized by Orly.
These sites, defendourfreedoms.us and defendourfreedoms.org, were never hacked. Why does it matter? Because they are my sites on my accounts. I supported Orly and have always been involved with politics, campaigns and causes. So when I saw the antics with the java script program on the other blog, and it was never clear on how much she realized was going on, I took her over here to my accounts. Defendourfreedoms, all of the domains, are on my web accounts. So, when you are a guest in someone's establishment (my sites) and you start claiming injury (hacking/sabotage), that affects the owner, me.
DefendOurFreedoms, none of the sites, were ever hacked or sabotaged. Unable to get to a site due to network latency does not equal hacking. Traffic, congestion, line repairs affect network flow and all can always be checked on the Internet Traffic Report: http://www.internettrafficreport.com/
Reporting cyber crimes on web sites, servers and accounts affects the account owner, me. I have other customers and privacy policies in place with these clients. If reports of my servers and accounts being compromised occurred, I need to notify them of possible compromise of their data. But my accounts have not been hacked.
When Orly refused to clear up this report, I told her she had to move her sites.
So we proceeded to do this.

Thanks Lisa, it should've come by now. NS states they are waiting for an authorization code from the Domain registrant, and was up to me to contact the Registrant for this code.I know it used to be automated, but didn't appear to be this time.

I just saw a post on another thread, the site wasn’t hijacked or hacked. Pinging Calpernia as she posted the links to more info maybe she knows better what is going on.
I haven’t heard anything about this specific item, but I don’t think there is a concern for any of us.
I donated to her in February through PayPal. No odd activity has occurred.
The “nefarious” routine this person mentions was simply a logging routine. This is something most servers already do, but maybe she wanted an independent location to keep a separate log. This is not a problem.
This “assistant webmaster” seems to be primarily concerned about being blamed for potentially illegal activity in messing with her. It sounds like she is basically clueless or at least she is unaware of how things were done.
Domain names are owned by someone, and apparently, she didn’t buy them from the person who first bought them.
I don’t see a real issue here.
So basically amateur hour from the webmaster then spite for throwing her under the bus? (albeit, filing the FBI complaint was poor form if they knew it was just their own goof).
Sure I believe that Dr Taitz would sabotage her own support system, INTENTIONALLY, when she was finally making great headway...the whole concept that she would do that is ridiculous. You know what makes more sense? That this woman (web master/assist web master, who is more than qualified to hack and manipulate computer data) going around spreading these lies is an Obama plant designed to disrupt and destroy Dr. Taitz’s support and funds stream. Thereby compromising Dr. Taitz’s ability to continue the fight to force Obama to comply with US Federal Elections law and produce his SEALED birth, passport, medical and college records!

I’m trying to figure out all this spider web of what is going on.. there is an update on one of the sites that Orly filed charges with the local police against this Lisa lady and has a big old list of possible identities, including someone on Berg’s team, who may be part of this. Talk about a big mess.. either this is a bunch of unprofessional amateurs, some people purposefully trying to sabotage the lawsuits, or scammers sneaking there way in to try to steal money via donations.
I am a little surprised that the careful moderators of FR would permit the airing of a private spat. Some may not agree with Dr. Taitz strategy, but no one can question her sincerity. She is a poster girl for someone who has escaped tyranny, while Obama is a poster boy for the deeper significance of the lack of a natural allegiance to our constitutional foundations, and the importance of Article II Section I “natural born” qualifications Obama does not meet.
That the posters distract us from the real issues should be a concern. Dr. Taitz’ very public attack was bringing much needed attention to an issue at the heart of the disregard of our constitution. It was working - perhaps too well - even if her suits do not eventually break through the barriers so professionally raised to protect Obama. I want her back and functioning, for as long as she is willing. This petty business has derailed her. I know we still have honorable law enforcement at the local level, and if there is an issue, they should deal with it.
Meanwhile, we need the minds and energy of Dr. Taitz, Mario Apuzzo, Leo Donofrio, Berg, focused on finding a door to discovery. The secrecy around Obama is a strong indicator of the greatest danger to which our republic has ever been subjected. The silence around the natural born issue, particularly when McCain's qualification problems were aired repeatedly, in the Senate and in the media before the election, needs to be broken. Orly Taitz effectiveness is with the public, particularly with the silence, probably because their livelihoods have already been threatened, of our otherwise eloquent major conservative voices in the media.
I'm tending to lean towards Calpernia on this one. Some of the accusations by Orly (about criminal background for the various "Lisa" AKAs) are pretty severe, if not shrill... If I had to guess, I'd tend to think that of the two sides, Lisa's statements would be easier to verify. Read all three of the "Understanding the Internet" series, and see if you agree. At the very least, realize who the players (connect ALL of the alleged AKAs) are before you decide.
It seems to be one big mess and whatever is going on, it is doing damage to the case.
For this reason I suspect sabotage. The stakes are high.
Especially if true that the same person has different aliases and also was on Berg’s staff. I hope no FReepers got caught up in this.
I think there is a bit TOO much going on.
As to “sabotaging the lawsuits”, you really don’t have to look past Orly Taite with her ex parte approaches to the only two Chief Justices who might have been sympathetic:
approaches that might easily cause them to recuse themselves.

I just learned something interesting which makes me trust the webmaster’s take on this over Orly.. basically, the webmaster has proven herself over the years to be trustworthy. I hope I’m right..
That's my reading too. Fingers crossed. I'm not in the mood for disappointment.
I’m used to it.. I question EVERYTHING.. doesn’t mean I disagree or am on the opposite side, it is just my nature to challenge things and look for holes, it makes cases stronger.
