Any speech problems? Blurring vision? Trouble swallowing? Drooping eyelid? Weakness in arms, legs? Difficulty breathing?
If any of the above, check for myasthenia gravis.
Frequently mis-diagnosed. It’s treatable but by the time doctors figure it out, the patient has usually gone through hell. My mother nearly died from it. The ER doc told me she was “getting old”. Once she got treatment, she’s pretty much back to her old self... we can hardly keep up with her.
Good luck... don’t give up. Doctors know a lot, but not everything.

Father, you know what is afflicting this precious daughter. Please direct her physicians to accurately diagnose the problem(s), and give her the correct treatments. Comfort and provide for her family, dear Lord...in Christ's name, Amen.

Prayers sent.
I had something like that happen when I took the statin Altocor. Loss of taste, loss of memory, loss of ability to learn or be “with it”, gradually increasing depression until I was afraid that if it got worse I would harm myself. It suddenly occurred to me that the drug might be the cause of this. When I quit the major symptoms went away in about 48 hours, but some lingered for weeks, though at a greatly reduced intensity.
