After how Romney opened his yap the other day, I have to agree with you.

Anybody that has any kind of hope in Mitt Romney is a fool.

It is funny how scared the GOP establishment is of her. They are trying do everything they can to discredit her as a candidate. I would even bet some of the anti-Palin posts on this website originate from GOP headquarters.

Could you name some names? I’d like to start keeping track of who in the “GOP establishment” is against Palin. I assume Steele is one them. Am I right? Who else?

Why does everyone who thinks there are problems with Sarah have to be for Romney?

Thats one of the silliest things I find on these threads.

They dont have to name names, just call names.

Dont dare point out even one negative towards her or your doomed to hell.

I would say EVERY Senator. And most of the House members. Anyone connected with the Romney campaign. Steele is actually not as bad as some, but I still don’t trust him.

They don't have to be, but Romney supporters tend to be the most aggressive anti-Palin folks.

Your post is essentially indecipherable. Could you please re-word and re-post. Thanks.

I wonder how the GOP leadership (including Senate and House members) lined up for/against Reagan in 1976. I wonder if we have a similar situation now.

Not saying Palin is a Reagan. She’s not. She’s her own person.

I’m just wondering if the political alignment is similar.

Sorry Ive been under attack by the "agressive" Sarah lovers and forgot to ad the (sarcasm tags).

The really sold out Palin supporters dont have to point out any names of GOP people who dont support her. They just call you names if she isnt your favorite.

Anyone who disagrees is a Romney supporter no mater what. Its funny to watch.

Not saying Palin is a Reagan

No, she's not Reagan, but she's the closest thing to Reagan.

I have no idea what you mean by “really sold out Palin supporters”.

I’m a Palin supporter, a pretty strong one (though I see her weaknesses, which I do believe she’s correcting). But I don’t get what it is that I (or maybe others, in your view) have “sold out” in order to support her.

Usually the term “sell out” refers to principles. Are you saying that in order to support Palin a conservative must sell-out certain principles?

Which ones?

As for Romney. I am not a Romney basher. I’m not an enthusiastic Romney supporter but I did agree with the National Review article in the last primary campaign saying he was the best choice under the circumstances. I don’t know if he could have beaten Obumma but I do know this: he would have tried harder than McStupid did (McStupid didn’t try at all, and I fear he actually threw the election) and I do know that if Romney had become president he’d be about a thousand times better than Obumma.

Having said that, though, I don’t see Romney as a viable candidate going forward whereas I see Palin as more than viable, I see her as the right person for our times in a historical sense, like Churchill or Reagan.

I agree. She is the closest we’ve got to Reagan and in one sense, the historical sense, she is a Reagan, meaning she’s the right person for our times, the right person to rise up, take the reins of leadership and steer our country out of the Valley of Evil we currently find ourselves in.

It’s too bad she’s not more like Reagan in terms of quick-wittedness, though I do think she’s getting better.
