ACLU Fighting Attempts To Keep Money From HAMAS

Oh boy--that ACLU !! Every time someone even thinks of something to do with religion they usually throw a royal canary followed by a lawsuit. I have even heard rumors that once, someone tripped and fell in a state capitol building. When the person got up someone asked him if he was OK. When he answered, "yes, thank God" twelve ACLU lawyers were all over the guy with subpoenas in less than 30 seconds. See the American Civil Liberties Union claims to be a group designed to protect our constitutional rights. Of course, only when its convenient.

For example their latest effort which portends to document the effect of U.S. government actions on American Muslims' exercise of their right to profess and practice their religion through charitable giving. The ACLU's research shows that U.S. terrorism financing policies and practices are seriously undermining American Muslims' protected constitutional liberties and violating their fundamental human rights to freedom of religion, freedom of association, and freedom from discrimination.

In other words The ACLU is now fighting the government's efforts to investigate and stop those charities from giving money to Hamas:

I guess they feel its OK to support religion if that religious organization is promoting Terrorism. More below:
