That’s it, I quit! I’m going home....I think I peed my pants. My abs hurt from this insane thread.

Ahhh, deep breaths, deep breaths.

I agree with you! This look (minus the green flower) is one of her better choices. She actually looks well proportioned and as you said, it doesn’t look like her rear end is taking up a separate zip code.

The commie indoctrination is bearing fruit on FR too. I cannot believe posters on here would actually believe that attacking children is ok.

I didn't read all the comments, but if you criticize the clothing a 10 year old girl is wearing, you are criticizing the good sense of the mother who chose those clothes.

Pathetic.

Sarkozy is laughing at Obama making a fool of himself.

I just find it bizarre that so many people think the woman is fat. Do you have any idea what kind of figure you have to have to wear form fitting dresses like that and look good? Especially when the camera adds at least 10 pounds, and even more from certain angles. Her dress size is likely smaller than most of the women on FR.

I saw a picture of her unintentionally posted next to a picture of Marylin Monroe and Marylin’s derriere was strikingly larger. I can’t stand the woman (Michelle), but it just seems there are so many other things obviously disgusting about the her that wouldn’t make us look so petty and .....liberal....like her materialism and penchant for acting like royalty rather than the unelected sidekick to The One that she really is. DUmmies did a lot of making fun of Laura’s appearance and speech and it looked so tacky and childish. Then again, maybe the anorexic model look is really where it’s at. I’m not a guy, so I guess I wouldn’t know.

I am sure Sarkozy’s thinking, “Dude, there are cameras EVERYWHERE! You are so busted.”

I've never thought of Michelle as fat; she's what I would call 'statuesque', and that's no pun intended. That's a term that describes tall, and larger women, NOT fat, just larger framed than shorter women. She could wear clothes well, as is shown in this picture, but most of her clothing choices are just downright U-G-L-Y and ill-fitting.

I read somewhere, not too long ago, that Marilyn Monroe was actually a size 14! That's the average size for most American women these days, but in today's fashions, she would be considered a PLUS size. Only the homosexual fashion designers, who create their clothing with 'pretty boys' in mind would consider a size 14 to be an overly large size.

That woman looks awfully young from the back.

That "woman" is a 16 year old from Brazil (a "delegate" at the "J-8" conference)

I really don’t understand the need on this site to constantly attack our Presidents wife? I honestly think it comes down to racism and really find it distasteful ...

I agree that racist posts should be reported to the Moderator. However, a lot of the reason for these threads is -- wait for it --

media hypocrisy.

Many of us here are fed up with the attacks against Palin for $150K in donated clothes for her family of seven, yet BO spent $140K on his styrofoam temple for the convention acceptance speech; and the media is swooning about Michelle's $5K handbags, $500 tennis shoes and designer duds. We listened to the attacks on Nancy Reagan, who was used to dressing for Hollywood. The media even (fairly) attacked Jackie Kennedy for her outrageous, multi-million clothing and jewelry expenditures. But with liberals, history started yesterday, so now this graceless, awkward and protocol-free woman is a "fashion icon." There's nothing racial about it except media Affirmative Action for Democrats of every color.

That said, I agree that outright racism in posts about her body build are objectionable. If you see one, hit the Abuse button.

And I got 3 responses so far, insisting that the children are fair game. Unbelievable.

I agree that two wrongs don't make a right. If you see attacks on the kids or people saying it's ok, hit the Abuse button on the post and let the Moderator decide. We all have to pitch in to keep FR above the gutter that the Democrats delight in wallowing in.

Honestly, that’s the nicest dress I’ve ever seen her in. Very classy... though the photographer is a jerk.

In all likelihood it was the editor's decision to choose this shot from among dozens sent in by the photographer.

She actually looks pretty good in that picture, except for the fugly plastic green flower that she’s been wearing every damned day for the past week.

Most women know to accessorize differently from day to day. A necklace, a scarf, a different pin -- a white crocheted shrug or linen jacket would have looked so nice with that dress -- who packs for her?

The vast majority of comments to you were about how unfairly the Palins were treated. I fail to see the connection to your accusation that we are attacking the Obama offspring.

I don't know how you could have missed it; it was perfectly clear to me that some people think turnabout is fair play and that the attacks on the Palin children would now justify attacks on any other political children. I don't agree with that at all. All who post here should be aware that our threads are read by the opposition research for little nuggets they can parade as "hate." People who are committed to this site need to speak as politely as they would in person in mixed company, like at the office where they may be others who hold different points of view. You don't have to appease their points of view; but you do have to hold back from down-and-dirty personal attacks, or from suggesting "dirty tricks" against political opponents. Those tactics are for the liberal socialists.

Where did I say anyone was attacking? I said they thought it was warranted given the attacks on the Palin children.

I'm on your side in this controversy.

I am wetting my pants at the thought of leftists, who savage the Palin children in the most horrific manner, calling me an hater.

If outsiders can’t see the blatant hypocrisy, I can’t help it.

Very, very funny!

On the lucky couple of occasions I've had the chance to tour Italian museums, I noticed that many of their bronze male nude statues have a hole where the phallus (can I say that here) should be, and they have a separate bronze phallus that can be inserted. Some of them were upward-facing inserts, if you take my meaning -- and several had acquired a bright polish from hand-rubbing! -- I suppose at private parties....LOL!! On my first trip, I was traveling with two other friends from art school, and the little old working-class museum guards took an earthy delight in demonstrating this naughty feature of the Italian art world to three young women.

This statue behind Michelle is at the Capitoline, which is outdoors, so any removable johnsons would have been long gone!
