What was she doing wearing revealing clothes then?
Why falsely accuse this young girl? Did you even see the photo? The dress is down past her knees. She is shapely and was NOT wearing revealing clothes. Do you want her in a burka?
Do you not think there is anything objectionable about a man in his forties gluing his eyes to a teenager's rear end? What if it were your daughter? Do you think that's okay? Do you ogle little girls?
Sheesh!

She is shapely and was NOT wearing revealing clothes. It was form-fitting, and she had an attractive form that could be clearly observed through the dress.
Do you not think there is anything objectionable about a man in his forties gluing his eyes to a teenager's rear end?
I've seen no evidence of how long President Obama kept his eyes on her rear. All I've seen is a still photograph of Pres. Obama looking in her general direction. That photograph does not establish that he was, in fact, looking at her rear, let alone for how long. It certainly is an unrealistic expectation that any red-blooded male not notice an attractive, nubile young woman wearing a form-fitting dress.

“The dress is opaque with a sheer layer on top.”
I am not defending the guys...but..
the dress is sheer above the hem. Not sure how far up, but I could see up to thighs in the photo I saw. I am NOT criticizing...I am not saying she should have dressed more appropriately as you have implied. I am saying that I would be curious, also, and I am a heterosexual woman.

I agree with you. The video shows he was preparing to help another young lady down the step and didn’t pay any attention to the teen.

Disgusting. The only thing worse than a dirty old man is the creature who excuses and enables his behavior.
I’m an old man. I never ogle little girls. F’ing gross and irresponsible!

Far be it of me to defend ZerO, but, I would have looked. What was she doing there anyway?

That photograph has ruined my whole family. Huh? You have to understand Brazil, where a dark-skinned black just is not supposed to ogle a light-skinned girl.

After comparing the video to the picture I don’t think he gawked, but he did glance, as almost any “regular guy” would have.

If you did that without having first made her wear something more modest, you would be among the most crappy and opportunistic of fathers.
the girl was wearing clothing specifically designed to achieve the result photographed. Her guardians allowed this?
I don’t think any more of teleprompter boy than most people here, but tell me about this sign she was wearing advising people of her age.
She was dressed to go hunting.

"Ogling" is prolonged staring. That can be controlled. Trying to stop a guy from briefly looking in the direction of what men are biologically hard-wired to look at, however, is a fool's errand.
Your sanctimoniousness, however, is noted.
