Also, please send me an electronic written version of Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 117 (Title 11) of the Vital Statistics, Registration & Records Office. If Chapter 117 is STILL under review, please send me an electronic written version of the old Public Health Regulations Chapters 8, 8A, and 8B of the Administrative Rules for the Vital Statistics, Registration & Records Office.

Also, please send me an electronic copy of the written criteria, that must be satisfied, by which the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health determines that a person, whose vital records she has statutory authority over, is a natural-born American citizen.

Who has the authority to verify that a vital record maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health satisfies the criteria that indicates that the owner of the record is a natural-born American citizen?

Who has the authority to verify that a vital record maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health satisfies the criteria that indicates that the owner of the record was born in Hawai‘i?

Also, please confirm that the Director of the Hawai‛i State Department of Health, has seen the vital records maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health verifying The Current President of the United States was born in Hawai‘i and is a dual citizen?

Also, please send me an electronic copy of any written communications between the Hawaii Department of Health and Barack Obama or anyone claiming to represent Barack Obama concerning Mr. Obama’s birth certificate, certificate of live birth, certification of live birth, and/or supplementary birth certificate or certification of live birth from Jan. 1, 2008 through July 29, 2009.

Please consider this request as a Hawaii UIPA (Uniform Information Practices Act) request under section 92F-12.

Oh, but I am sneaky. That’s why I pulled their language they used in their October 2008 Press Release to form the bulk of my request. Because I know they have the authority to disclose what I am asking for.

They have the authority to speak on the ACTIONS of the department, that’s why they could make their OCT 08 statement.

And that’s all I want to know about—their actions. And UIPA says I have the right to know about their actions.

Sneaky sneaky.

I don’t like your idea....I “LOVE” your idea ! I have been e-mailing back and forth with Andy Martin over the last few days as he has had more experience dealing with the state of HI than any other attorney, investigator or journalist to date. His responses are usually brief, yet pithy. He suggested filing your comments with the Hawai’i Supreme Court. He requested these UIPA forms by mail a couple of months ago and rec’d a “packet of information” from the state of HI, but guess what ? NO FORMS !! I didn’t know these requests could be submitted via e-mail (have you confirmed that this is an acceptable means of submission communication ? ) but it sounds like you have diligently pursued the guidelines of the UIPA and wish you (and all your co-activists) the best. Judging from how the State has handled EVERYTHING about these concerns, it seems they will do ANYTHING within their power to postpone and delay and/or disregard any request that involves the actual release of anything regarding the Usurper, who seems to have all of these State reps under his spell, including the Governor ! ! Consequently, after reading your prior post on your original UIPA submissions, I couldn’t help but think that your requests would fall by the wayside, which prompted me to post FREEDOM OF INFO LAWSUITS FOR FAILING TO COMPLY last night. NOTHING would please me more than for someone (without a lengthy court proceeding) to actually get results by utilizing something as simple as a Freedom Of Info Act request ! I hope to join your cause and urge many others to do the same. I did write Ms. Okubo inquiring how Ms. Fukino was able to make a statement on BO’s “natural born” status as that is WELL outside the scope of her expertise (?) and Ms. Okubo replied....I didn’t care for her reply, which basically instructed me to “contact my attorney”, but at least they DO read these e-mails and offer some assistance to the public. Let’s pursue this ! Is it possible to conduct a background check on any of these State employees ? Seems Fukino simply does what she is instructed to do. She is probably an Obama supporter and is extremely flattered and on a power trip at the thought of personally assisting him directly ! Pitiful and pathetic ! Lastly, I did see Maya Soetoro’s marriage license application referencing her birthplace as Indonesia. I have seen numerous posts claiming that she has a COLB from HI ? Since no one has seen this document, where did this story originate from ? Has anyone seen this doc ? Maybe I should request that also ? Thx

Thank you, please say you did your part in sending the request too? I modified my original UIPA request to post here, so I didn’t send this one. But, I think we are on to something, so please file one, too.

ON the UIPA i posted for people to send today, I had added a question about who declared him a Natural Born Citizen. If it was no one that works in the department, it won’t be their policy to disclose the criteria used. But we might find out another government official (even Obama, himself) declared it.

And then we can send an FOIA (or UPIA if that’s the case) to that department asking for their policy per criteria. Even if we end up sending one to the white house.=)

Monday’s release gives us something new to work with. Now they HAVE to define natural born citizen. Because he’s been declared one.

If you need two parents, we know his LEGAL FATHER is not who we thought. If a father was even listed on the certificate.

If they say you need only one parent, well then we need the SCOTUS to step in and declare that is a correct interpretation.

Please help me as these questions, too?

And that’s another thought, without a father listed/declared. Can one parent transfer NBC?

Imagine if Obama declared himself a NBC????
