Not too sharp. It is like a bank robber writing a holdup note on the back of his pay stub. The city could have a legit clean up cost to share. I am hard pressed to say the taxpayers should be on the hook. In fact I cant.
I don’t think they give a damn, and are willing to become semi-martyrs.
I have mixed emotions..I hate the destruction of property..(they will leave a big mess) ..BUT..it’s San Fransisco taxpayers soooooooo..go for it!!!!!
