What’s a good brand of enchalada sauce.. The one I tried made me fearful of the stuff.

I would also add sliced black olives. substitute grated colby longhorn for the velveeta ad serve sour cream on the side

I have many camp site ‘semi-gourmet’ meals.

In the kitchen, I specialize in fish ....kids don’t even know that’s what they’re eating!

Now, that’s good. And fish can be so healthy for them.
I think Connie put the word out to whoever it is that runs the FR cooking thread pingy-thingy; so you should get picked up.

If not - well, I’ll make a note of it next time the Canteen does a cooking thread. Those threads can run to a thousand posts, easy.

We always use Macayo’s (a local brand, I think) or Las Palmas red enchilada sauce.

The last Las Palmas green enchilada sauce we bought was way too salty, so we’ve not used it since.
