…and so the Sarah Palin for President campaign begins, but there are some issues which must be addressed right off.
Why does there appear to be so much animosity toward Sarah Palin?
Well, there’s no denying that Sarah fought and defeated the powerful, corrupt, and deeply entrenched “old boy” establishment, bringing decency and benevolence into the state government. Who does she think she is?
…then Sarah Palin twisted the arms of the struggling oil companies, forcing them to pay thousands of dollars to each Alaskan family — how dare she rock the boat.
She ran a clean administration, and despite every sinister and desperate attempt, via contrived ethics charges by pathetic political wannabes, to create a false appearance of impropriety, Sarah’s record remains clean. (All the more reason to be suspicious of her…)
She also gave birth to a down-syndrome baby. Realizing what an extra burden such a child would be, she could have so easily disposed of the problem, what with her political career and the rest of the family’s needs to consider, it certainly would have been understandable, but this does highlight one of Sarah’s major flaws — she has a true heart, not very PC.

I’ve made 2 contributions to her Pac and 2 to her Defense Fund. I am still hopeful that she will be able to receive the Defend Fund money. I have heard rumors that her Pac has received over a million dollars alone after her death panel statement on her facebook page

Sarah Palin is definitely not my first choice. However, on of her pluses is that if she were ever POTUS, she would make the Leftist moonbats 10X as crazy as GWB did. Normally, it would only be 3X as much. However, if she defeated “The ONE”, that would send them right into hyperspace. Chris Matthews might even self-immolate on MSNBC.

May she be safe and protected from any possible harm, being that I live in Wasilla its considered somewhat a safe haven but I have no delusions that there are not some type of gathering storm on the horizon to further stamp her back into the redneck soil that people think is all she is.
I recently lost a dear longtime friend that passed away, yesterday the whole Mat-Su Valley turned out for a fundraising effort for Marilyn Anderson wife of Ted Anderson owner of “Mugshots” in Wasilla, Alaska, businesses closed elsewhere and we had a party well into the early morning of thousands of residents, we had charity auctions and donations, my dentist Dr. Chernic a veteran Army dentist donated over $10,000 himself, all proceeds were for the excessive medical bills of Marilyns losing fight against thyroid cancer.
This is our town, we help our own I’m tearfully proud to say. I heard Sarah Palin may have been there but I was driving truck all day and did not get there until after 8pm.
Sarah often visits there with her husband though I have not talked to her myself in a long time.
I know we have freeper in Alaska and some here in Wasilla and I’m sorry I’m not a more social person or an organizer and I hope you were there and I thank you for being there.
I know you know who Ted is, heck you may know me in person but have no idea who I am here!
I would rather she ran for Senate first and got some experience there.
Flame away. But good corporations often want their executives to work in various areas before taking over as CEO. Experience in various areas of government would be good for Palin before taking the top job.
True, Reagan was never a Senator. But he served as governor of the largest state and was active in party politics at the national level for 20 years before becoming president.
