I should have said “another”...
I fully expect it. The Kennedy's won't let this seat leave the family. If the majority of Massachusetts voters chose Chappaquiddick Ted for their senator all these many years, they'll vote for another family member in a heartbeat.

Another idea is to hold an informal memorial gathering for Mary Jo.
In some way, we should counter all the media praise and glory they will heap upon this "great man". I intend to have a sign made for my front lawn which says, simply, REMEMBER MARY JO KOPECHNE. If I can include her picture, I will.
I'm also waiting to see how the Catholic Church deals with a Requiem Mass for Ted. Will many cardinals, archbishops and bishops be in attendance? If so, why?
