There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.”

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) and the Coalition for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE) have filed suit in the District of Columbia Federal Court against the White House Over the "Sounds fishy, spy on your neighbor and send an email" program which drew fire last month.

Named in the suit are The Executive Office of the President, The White House Office of Health Care Reform and its director Nancy-Ann Deparle, and Macon Phillips, White House Director of New Media

The plaintiffs in the case probably don’t realize it but the flag program was just a cover story for how the White House got emails unlawfully in violation of the Data Privacy Act. This case makes it look like the plaintiffs take the program at face value.

Good point! But look at that as an opportunity. Perhaps some other group of patriots now will file a suit alleging violation of the Data Privacy Act.

We ought to have thousands of lawsuits filed each and every day to combat the advent of Czars, executive orders, etc...

"We ought to have thousands of lawsuits filed each and every day to combat the advent of Czars, executive orders, etc...",

I agree...I have been wondering WHY everyone is just pointing fingers at this obvious marxist transition and none of our representatives are standing up and taking action. What are they waiting for? US? We work for THEM? No, we expect them to block this un-Constitutional revolution because that is what they have been SWORN in to DO. Foreign AND Domestic we may add.
