Here is video of House Democrat Rep. John Conyers flatly saying he will not support any Health Care Bill without a "Public Option." Conyers says he wants a "single-payer" system (euphemism for Total Government Take Over of Health Care), but he will compromise and take a "Public Option."
Conyers was talking to Ed Schultz and went even further. Conyers cites the "math" in the House, and bluntly says Obama "cannot get to 218 in the House without a "Public Option." . . . (VIDEO)

OK. I’ve got it. You can’t pass a Health Reform Bill without a Public Option. And you can’t pass a Health Reform Bill with a Public Option. That would seem to present His Majesty with a bit of a problem. Can’t wait for the speech where this will all be explained away.
Conyers pushing for the public option— A thief looking forward to stealing the largest pile of $$$ possible....
Mrs. Conyers has nothing to worry about. She’ll be getting free health care in prison.
I thought it was all about universal coverage.
today they appear to be flip-flopping every five minutes on this Public Option thing....
YOU FIRST, CONGRESS!!
Entitlements, corruption, skimming, the Democratic Party way.
Czars (or Tsars), this is some familiar from Russian history.
When will the KGB ramp up in the USA? Or will he simply get the Unions, Black Panthers and La Raza to act as the SA (Ernst Rohm)? Whoever serves in the Rohm position will probably meet the same fate.

I am getting so nervous about this health care bill... I think I’m going to be sick. No pun intended.
Any regulation or program the government passes is by definition government run.
This whole argument is a waste of time. Kill the bill. The only legislation I want to see from Washington is repeals of other legislation.
We’ve got to put an end to the use of the word “option” to describe this socialist health plan.
It’s not an “option” at all - if you have private insurance (for now), you won’t have the option to take it, and if you lose your private insurance (which you will eventually), you won’t have any other choice but to take it.
