Fox News Scorching Rivals

Looking for a fitting historical analogy to describe the current "cable wars?" Try the firebombing of Dresden.

Fox News has been dominating its competitors now for some time, but the latest round of Abritron ratings shows FNC absolutely scorching rivals CNN and MSNBC:

(Chart at link)

As you can see, every show in the top ten is from Fox News, as are 13 out of the top 15. In fact, only one of Fox News' fourteen programs is ranked below #15 in the ratings. That show is Red Eye, which airs from 3-4am - and it still pulls in more viewers than MSNBC's Morning Joe.

The personal battle between Bill O'Reilly and Keith Olbermann is no contest. Even O'Reilly's repeat show at 11pm pulls in 52% more viewers than Olberman's prime time show.(continued)

Even Fox's repeats and 3AM show beat the competition! Hahahaha! Now if they'd just retire Ted Baxter and give Glenn his time slot...

Watch for the libs to resurrect the anti-trust laws to prevent monopolization of the news by FOX.

If the cable wars were a boxing match, it would have been called a long long time ago.

This is something I don’t get. Fox’s ratings have been the highest for a long time, even during the campaign. More conservative viewers than liberal in all of the news channels.

So how come zero won?

VOTE, CONSERVATIVES, VOTE !!!!

“So how come zero won?”

Two words: “John McCain”

"So how come zero won?"

Thanks to some state primaries that allow anyone to vote Republican, we had John McCain as a nominee. Fox News is not the GOP, no matter what Rachel Mannow tells you.

Still doesn’t make sense if you look at the numbers.

All this tells me is that too many conservatives did not vote, and proportionatley more liberals did (with acorns help of course).

Amazing what honest coverage and keeping commentary truly separate from news will do for a network.

I wonder what would happen if they put a Beck repeat in the O’Reilly repeat slot?

Still doesn’t make sense if you look at the numbers.

The numbers are such:
About 5 million people get their news from Fox News Channel.
About 40 million people get their news from ABCNBCCBSCNNMSNBCPBS.

They control the primary and secondary schools, the news media, the entertainment media and a surprisingly large number of churches.

They should be beating us by 30 points in every election. The only reason they don't is because the truth is on our side.

You people amaze me.

You are so toatlly in bed with the leftist thinking that you put the blame on everything else than the true cause.

The true cause is that half of the population was brainwashed into liking zero and maybe, just maybe Sarah might have been the only person to stop them

Blame your neighbors, the ones with their hands out. They were the ones who feel for it. Blame the ones who voted
