The title of Sarah Palin’s autobiography “Going Rogue” implies rugged action and steely independence. The cover image, however, implies something much softer. Like “Going For a Hike.”

I don’t know what everyone has their dander up about. I read the Politico post article and didn’t detect anything negative about Palin in it. What am I missing?
Sheet! That picture was photoshopped so much the paper screamed from the stretching and pulling.
Now that all depends on where you are “going for a hike”.
Over the top on Denali is a lot more challenging than Central Park. I have no doubt that Sarah could mount a credible run across Alaskan wilderness, because, for one thing, she comes prepared. And she is not afraid to shoot, dress out, cook and eat whatever game she meets on the way.
Not something the girlie-men might be prepared to do.
Palin represents to Americans what the democrats, just don’t. Yes, they are deathly afraid of that appeal. And they must know that Americans are getting sick and tired of the snot-nosed elitist attempts to micro-manage mainstream Americans.
