“CRAB-STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS”

There’s a nik-name you don’t want to get stuck with in high school.

It would make an good FR user name though.

It does sound like a terrific meal. I wish my wife and kids liked shell fish.

“This thread is worthless without pics.”

Be careful, you might get graphic pictures of crabs.

Packaged Hollendaise and prepacked stuffing means too much salt. Substitute asperagus and white sauce with lots of black pepper and you get Chicken Oscar.

Why was this posted here?

Because people appreciate others sharing ALL sorts of knowledge here at FR. I for one, value this forum for the allowance of these types of postings.

As a Native Marylander and descendent of waterman , and a man who has lived my entire life in St. Mary’s County Maryland, I can say that I dont want my crabmeat stuffed in a chicken breast.

Stff it in a large Shrimp, a piece of rockfish or flounder, but not in a chicken breast.

The best way to eat crabmeat is right out of the crab or in crab Imperial.

Real crab Imperial not the restaurant kind.

Real Crab Imperial is nothing more than lump crab meat mixed with Kraft mayonaise sprinkled with Old Bay and baked until the top browns well.

I’ve honesty never seen a recipe posted here before but if it seems consistent with the site mission then far be it from me to object - I can always use a good recipe!: “Free Republic is the premier online gathering place for independent, grass-roots conservatism on the web. We’re working to roll back decades of governmental largesse, to root out political fraud and corruption, and to champion causes which further conservatism in America. And we always have fun doing it. Hoo-yah!”
