I can’t see the video , getting a “runtime error” ... text says he had unloaded shotguns in his car OFF CAMPUS... WTF! I wish I was that kid ,, I’d sue the school into oblivion and never work a day.

The kid admits to “a dumb mistake”, but I fail to see what the mistake is.

A lawsuit may bring feelings of “justice”, but it will be the taxpayers who pay it, not the school.

Maybe the principal can be brought up on criminal charges, perhaps a rights violation by authorizing a search off of school grounds.

If he’s not slapped around some here, he may feel entitled to search “dangerous” student’s homes. After all we don’t want another Columbine, now do we?

Attending pubic school? Being born in the age of zero intelligence?

Anyone know if he was within 1000 feet of school grounds? If so, he is in violation.

I believe that the federal of that law, which was struck down on the grounds that Congress has no Constitutional authority to pass such a law, which they did again, sprinkling a bit more "Interstate Commerce" pixie dust on it, only covers loaded firearms not locked up. This guy had unloaded shotguns.
