Olara Otunnu (Harvard Law, 1978) relating the remark of Kenyan historian Ali Mazrui on the oddity that a member of Kenya’s Luo tribe (Barack Obama, a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from birth) may become president of the United States before a Luo tribe member becomes president of Kenya. “Town Hall Forum: An Examination of Race, Age, Gender & Religion in the 2008 Election,” Harvard Law School Reunions, Oct. 25, 2008, 9:15 a.m. (Austin Hall, 1st Floor, West), at 60:17 mark.

Notice that it is a Kenyan historian that states Barack Obama is a Kenyan citizen and Luo tribe member from BIRTH!

US Natural Born citizen = US Citizen + US Allegiance + US Jurisdiction

Obama is a British subject, allegiance to the British Crown, under the British Nationality Act of 1948

Remember this was done BEFORE the election, but after numerous requests during the primary for Barack Hussein Obama to PROVE his eligibility per the United States Constitution. After the election the Kenyan Parliment stated the following;

I’m sorry, I am not willing to buy into the theory that Dick Cheney intentionally failed to call for objections and that not a single Republican member of the House and Senate was prohibited from objecting to the certification of the election.

And, I do not believe that Chief Justice Roberts intentionally botched the Oath of Office. If Roberts had not wanted to deliver the Oath of Office, he could have refused to do the honors.

Obama has always claimed he was born in Hawaii.

Therefore Obama denied he was born in Kenya or anywhere other than Hawaii.

While I don't like what Pres_ _ent Obama stands for, does, and probably thinks, if a poster asserts that something exists it is not out of line to ask for proof.

Pres_ _ent Obama should show his long form birth certificate, open his college records, and do anything else to dispel the thoughts that he is not qualified for the job.

It is a FACT that NO objections were called for on Obama's Electoral votes by the U.S. Senate on Jan. 8, in accordance with REQUIREMENTS set forth in 3 USC 15 - Sec. 15:

3 USC 15 - Sec. 15. Counting electoral votes in Congress

"Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received."

Further, it is a FACT that Article 2 of the United States Constitution prescribes that the President must take the oath "before he enter on the Execution of his Office," while the 20th Amendment states that the terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

You might say, "Oh, that just a technicality."

But then again, so is the whole "Natural Born Citizen" issue — merely a "technicality" in the eyes of some who don't hold it as a Constitutional requirement.

Why else did Obama do a SECOND Oath of Office on Jan. 21? "Constitutional Experts" were concerned that other foreign governments and leaders might not acknowledge Obama's legitimacy, a/k/a, a "technicality."

There may not be smoking gun “proof” that Obama was born in Kenya besides the fact that he is not a natural born citizen, BUT the preponderance of evidence that says he was born in Kenya certainly warrants an official investigation. Perhaps he was unaware of them. Perhaps he felt no need to. Maybe he felt it increased his credibility in his community and lent him some street cred that he did not have as a mulatto.

It still stands though that BHO never claimed to have been born anywhere but Hawaii. Even when he was trying to cultivate a black identity by attending a church that pushed racism and liberation theology.

His mother never claimed that he was ever born anywhere other than Hawaii as well.

Candor, I agree to a degree. My degree is in the negligence of those “involved”, NOT, The Constitution. What’s amazingly sad for me to observe is that even full blooded American’s cannot agree on what the Constitution means. It seems abundantly clear to me but to others who want to divide it “another way” it seems that they have an excuse too. I am personally not convinced that the Constitution of the United States is open to any other interpretation than WHAT IT SAYS!! That, is my opinion. I’m persuaded that Obama is a fraud but if the country is not, then I guess the chips will fall where they fall. Doesn’t look pretty to me however. WHY should not the one seeking the office be WILLING let alone spend millions of dollars fighting to keep his entire history a secret be let off the hook? Upside down to me. Do you actually believe that Obama isn't directing them to make sure the BC stays hidden? A genuine Hawaiian birth certificate with a doctor's signature would make all of the law suits go away. If Perkins and Cole are fighting to prevent the release without Obama's knowledge and spending millions of dollars to do it, they are guilty of fraud. Do you believe that? Or do you believe that they are acting at the behest of the president and his minions?
