Should there be a criminal investigation into scientists, business people and politicians who lied about climate data?

I’m wondering where all the professional scientists are on this issue. If “climate changers” are legit, where are all the peer-reviewed studies? Where are the national oceanic and atmospheric administration scientists? Where are the national meteorological service scientists? Isn’t there a single member of the National Academy of Sciences, or the American Physical Society willing to stand up and condemn their colleagues involved in scientific fraud?
