I think this is just more penis envy on behalf of Feminazis (check Rush Limbaugh for definition of “Feminazi”).
You see, the Baby-Boomer Feminazis are very jealous that, as time takes its inevitable toll, medicine has figured out a way to enable old male Baby Boomers how to keep taking advantage of the “sexual revolution” (devolution, really).
But, at the same time, Feminazis are too old to conceive and cannot enjoy exercising their right to abort what they conceive.
So, I think Boxer is just trying to ensure that all aging Baby Boomers are incapable of enjoying the sexual revolution.
Or, if that can’t be barred, figuring out some way to ensure that old Feminazis can get knocked up and then abort...at the taxpayer’s expense.
