I GOT A CHRISTMAS JAR!! (Vanity)

I just heard my screen door slam and thought the wind (very windy here) whipped it open. I finished wrapping the gift I was working on and opened the door to see a big Tropicana juice bottle full of change. I cried.
I cried not only because someone thought enough of us to do this, and Lord knows it will help so much, but because I was part of something big. In my rinky dink little town, in rural America, I am part of a movement. And it's also nice to know there are others out there listening to Glenn too.
So thank you kind stranger. I know you guys have heard me whine enough on this board about the condition in my area, but this little gift has given me something I didn't expect. Hope.
And I don't care if that sounds cheesy.

I gave
Christmas Jars books and (mostly empty) jars as gifts to my "coffee drinking buds" after hearing about it on Glenn Beck. None of them had ever heard of it...nor had I until GB had the author on.
I'm filling one for next year.
Congrats on getting one!
