As bad as I despise Obozo, the photo does not pass the smell test.

Could not copy the photo, but could “view” and save the page in Firefox.

Looked at it in Gimp and it is very poor quality, and looks to me like it is a reflection of a (rectangular) framed picture in the shiny surface of a smooth Christmas tree ball.

I doubt the accusation is correct, but if it were, it would fit the MO of Zero.
