More on the Continually-Breaking Story of INTERPOL Immunity
Columbia Conservative Examiner ^ | 12/30/09 | Anthony G. Martin

As word continues to spread about Barack Obama's secretive executive order in the middle of the night on December 17, which grants full immunity to INTERPOL on American soil, a more complete picture is emerging about this disturbing--and frightening--action on the part of the President.

Liz Blaine, writing in David Horowitz's Newsreal, states unequivocally,

But the DOJ considers INTERPOL a law enforcement agency and, as such, the organization is not listed as a historical or active foreign agent indicating, under Section 2(d), INTERPOL is not required to report foreign agents, their communications or activities on American soil.

INTERPOL is now an international organization free from identifying its agents, communications or activities, immune from 4th Amendment search and seizure provisions, with the capacity to institute legal proceedings, and the ability to ignore American’s 6th Amendment rights. In essence, the President has granted INTERPOL enforcement powers which supersede the Constitution.

And the most damning piece of evidence Blaine offers to back up her assertion is this item:

Liz Blaine:

"But a myriad of questions remain about President Obama’s action, and their answers can only be speculated at this time."

"What potential intelligence gathering techniques might a group of law enforcement agents use, when provided the latitude to investigate anything under the cover of INTERPOL’s immunity from Constitutional restraints?"

"Could a President who believes the Constitution reflects “the fundamental flaw of this country” potentially hide unconstitutional activities carried out by DOJ or Homeland Security agents within INTERPOL activities?"

"Will political associates of the President hold dual positions with INTERPOL?"

"If the future proves the answers to these questions true, what might history call this agency? For Hitler, it was the Gestapo. For Stalin, the CHEKA."

Don’t EOs state near the top that what the Executive is about to order is empowered BY THE CONSTITUTION?

If that’s true, then in this case Obama is saying he is empowered by the Constitution to allow the violation of the Constitution.

WOW.

Article 48 of the Weimar Constitution -- the constitution can be suspended if a state of emergency is declared.

Our Constitution does not have such a proviso. But we will have our own little Reichstag Fire. And our Fearless Leader will declare a state of emergency.

And the Constitution will go "bye-bye".

I think the Constitution part is part of his signature line. DoJ would report to FEMA? yes? Constitution suspended and FEMA takes over as head cheeses in case of national emergency? yes?

Agents operating under diplomatic immunity can commit murder. In 1984, a Libyan diplomat sprayed several protesters with a submachine gun from a window of the Libyan embassy in London, and killed policewoman Yvonne Fletcher. He got off scot-free.

Every time I think of diplomats, I'm reminded of her.

"You gotta find them first".

Put a bounty on 'em. Hunt 'em down like the dogs they are. Just like the last Hussein... Saddam Hussein! Trial and punishment just like his too, except a public hanging.

What potential intelligence gathering techniques might a group of law enforcement agents use, when provided the latitude to investigate anything under the cover of INTERPOL’s immunity from Constitutional restraints? Could a President who believes the Constitution reflects “the fundamental flaw of this country” potentially hide unconstitutional activities carried out by DOJ or Homeland Security agents within INTERPOL activities? Will political associates of the President hold dual positions with INTERPOL? If the future proves the answers to these questions true, what might history call this agency? For Hitler, it was the Gestapo. For Stalin, the CHEKA.

The above is the money quote. Potentially, the objective is not to immunize foreign INTERPOL agents from US law, but to immunize US LEO's from US law and the Constitution if they are working with INTERPOL.

I can’t believe there isn’t more comment on this thread! This is not a good thing with Interpol. There is a something that they want to be able to keep hidden.

Obama’s most recent move of amending Executive Order 12425 is only 1 piece of the puzzle. It’s consistent with, and appears strongly connected to the legislation, DoD Directive, Rand Corp Report, and other information delineated below (notice HR 645 was introduced right after Obama was sworn in as President):

H.R. 645: “National Emergency Centers Establishment Act” introduced Jan 22 2009, In Committee

http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h645ih.txt.pdf

[Section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief & Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122) [62 pages].

This Act defines the “emergency” or “natural disaster” in which HR 645 can apply.]

http://www.iaem.com/committees/governmentaffairs/documents/stafford020807.pdf

DoD Directive 1404.10: “DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce” dated Jan 23, 2009

http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/pdf/140410p.pdf

H.R. 675: “TO AMEND TITLE 10, United States Code, to provide police officers, criminal investigators, and game law enforcement officers of the Department of Defense with authority to execute warrants, make arrests, and carry firearms.” introduced Jan 26, 2009 (in committee)

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-675

RAND Corp Report: “A Stability Police Force for the United States” 2009 (full report – heavily redacted)

http://www.rand.org/pubs/research_briefs/RB9432/

It appears he’s implementing the framework – legislatively – needed to take control of the American people very soon. Even though it may appear that the use of this civilian force will be used within the U.S. to protect us, it will certainly be used against those that this administration deems a risk to the U.S. as defined in the Homeland Security report identifying right-wing, military vets, etc. as a danger to the U.S.
