The Democrats have made it official, they are the party who picks the needs of the special interests over that of the middle class.
Under the deal announced by the AFL-CIO yesterday (neither Congress nor the White House had the guts to announce it first), union members will be exempted from paying the "Cadillac Tax" until 2008. To put it another way, the middle class will be paying taxes to fund the health insurance for union members, and illegal immigrants.
The effect of the Cadillac tax that no one in Congress or the mainstream media will talk about is how it will result in a major increased in taxes on the middle class. Within the first six years of the plan, 20% of families earning between $50,000 and $75,000 annually will be paying the Cadillac tax. Approximately 13% of the people in that income group are union members so the "unprivileged" 87% will be footing the bill for the rest. are IBD Editorialized about it saying:

Anybody surprised over that? The dems want to take all they can from hard-working, honest, self-respecting people who go out to their jobs every day instead of staying home and watching self-pity TV, and give the hard-earned money to lazy slobs who faithfully vote democrat.

Hate to tell the unions this, but I intend never to buy any product or service from a union NAZI for the rest of my life. In business there is a concept called GOODWILL. Business and individuals like to do business with honest and serious people. Generally speaking, GOODWILL is the value of positive relationships created over time with the a business’s or individual’s stakeholders. Needless to say, the unions have decided they don’t have to play as an equal and have no use for GOODWILL. As a result, I refuse to ever support a union goon or collective. As a matter of fact, I intend to shame those who do support these theives. Any politician that courts this group is my enemy. Simply stated, I have personally declared war on all unions.

Obummer and the Rat party will feel the backlash of the business community on this issue. He is a sitting Lame duck President if he disregards the Businesses of America. I can’t believe how stupid the Democrats are following the Pied piper off the cliff.
If he gives the Unions the deal then he is cooked. Un-electable for a 2nd term as will be the Rat Senate and house.
