In his Jan 15, 2010 op-ed piece, Charles Krauthammer offered his explanation for President Obama’s falling ratings…
"The reason for today’s vast discontent, presaged by spontaneous national Tea Party opposition, is not that Obama is too cool or compliant but that he’s too left."
While I think Dr. Krauthammer is right, I believe he missed something. Americans are tired of our elected officials lying to us. We’re sick and tired of promises made in the heat of a campaign only to be casually broken once the office is secured...

I think Mr. Speakman is right on. I’ve noticed on the blogs the Obummer being referred to as “the lying King”. I’d love to see a poster of a mangy lion head with the imperious Obama’s mug on it entitled “The Lying King”.
I’m waiting for some politician that will level with us and tell us the refreshing, though terrible, truth.
This is where we are, this is where we want to be, and it will take pain and sacrifice to get there and save ourselves and our children’s future. We will create a stable atmosphere for business so they can plan and that is all the government will do for you. If you are destitute and need help, you need to depend on the generosity of your family and neighbors and help each other. Government can’t do it anymore.
That would be a winning strategy if it was more than just a strategy.
I’m not holding my breath waiting for any politician to say things like that though.

Don’t be fooled by what you see libs and lefties being bummed out over by The One. If he were as left as they really want him to be they’d be in Heaven. As unhappy as his supporters appear to be, it isn’t for the reasons you may think and that’s something to be very concerned about.
Obama is nothing but a wicked, SELF-SERVING, ungoldy, black racist, communist, socialist, Marxist, who HATES America and ALL that it stands for; loves (and pals around with) foreign and domestic terrorists more than America and her people and wants to turn America into a socialist third-world hell hole by bankrupting the ENTIRE system and replacing it with his version of socialist communist "OBAMALAND" where all of his friends and supporters become the new "overlords" while the rest of us subserviant peons pay for it all as their willing slaves.

They’ve already got their reparations in the form of affirmative action, decades of public assistance, tons of government and private charities that cater specifically to blacks, minority beauty pageants etc, etc...
