Too bad he didn’t manage it. Our distinguished Senators are thieves.

He’ll be lucky if he doesn’t get jail time for this one.

I agree...too bad he got caught. “They” have been waiting to catch him with his pants down and “they” (all those in bed with Acorn, from Obummer down) will make sure he is sent up for a long time.

So where’s the legal fund to donate to? Let’s go Tea Partiers, how ‘bout protecting our own instead of watching the wolves tear him apart.

Hope not. Doesn’t sound like they have anything on him besides standing in an office. Good luck FBI, if they do anything to this guy there will be hell to pay.

As I posted to an earlier thread, my view is they were doing a sting on the lax security in the secure building. That is the only logical solution I can come up with since they were in the building without ID for the “phone company” clothes and tools they were carrying. Gonna be intersting to see if they release the security point video.

This was incredibly stupid, not to mention illegal, and he’s damaged his reputation and well as his previous stories about ACORN.

O’Keefe should have realized that he was in Louisiana. Politicians in Louisiana know all of the “phone guys” there by their first names.

Those arrested along with O’Keefe include Joseph Basel, Stan Dai, and Robert Flanagan. Flanagan is the son of William Flanagan the current acting U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana. All four are 24 years old and are being charged entering federal property under false pretenses with the intent of committing a felony.

How many times was MLK arrested and now he has a national holiday named after him?

Who knows what they were on the verge of uncovering? Maybe some light will be shed on this whole incident in the next few days.

Be interesting if he can argue about Fed wiretaps...if the Fed isn’t doing it’s job, shouldn’t the citizen act to uphold and defend the Constitution?

Would make interesting court theater.

Ah, but how many hookers did MLK rough up in hotel rooms and how many times did James strike Hannah?

The kid's heart is in the right place. I hope he survives this.

From the actual news paper article;

All four are 24 years old and are being charged entering federal property under false pretenses with the intent of committing a felony.

QUOTE intent of committing a felony UNQUOTE

It seems far too many here at FR are all ready to jump on the accusation band-wagon and condemn these young men before actual proof that a real crime has been committed. Local and internet news is all abuzz with NOTHING other than labeling James O'Keefe a Conservative.

I will continue to bear in mind that the LEFT LIES.

The Times-Picayune relays the FBI affidavit, in part, as follows:

blah ...

Of course the affidavit can state ANYTHING such as; With sufficient pressure, all four men might confess to sinking the RMS Lusitania in 1915.
