This is the problem with zero tolerance rules. Common sense is thrown out the window. If the kid ate his PB&J sandwich in such a manner that it looked like a gun would the school administration go nuts?
I am so glad we homeschool, if the kids want to go out to the range and shoot during the day, well they can.

Get your kids out of public school. Grandparents, you may have to help. But get your kids away from these people and do it now. You only have a few short years to get it right.

They are not idiots, they are doing this on purpose. The leftists who control these schools are proactivly indoctrinating those children. They want children to be afraid and intolerant of gun ownership. With these "zero tolerance" policies they are attempting to imprint on the kids who follow rules, an anti-gun mindset. They are encouraged to turn in anyone that they see breaking rules. They want to impress on children that guns are so horrible, that anyone who has one should be punished.

It's a simple as that, it's a brazen attempt to "teach" children to be anti-gun.

Ya know, I think you are on to something here. The parents should get in touch with the parents of all the kids in his class, and ask them all to cut a sandwich into the shape of a gun for each kids lunch on a certain day.

What would the school administrators do? Since the sandwiches would clearly be in violation of their zero tolerance rules, would they enforce their rules, ignore their rules, or re-write their rules? I would love to see how that would play out!
