Is there a link to an article? Is this just to promote your blog? Is it a vanity post?

At first glance, the craft looks like a Cape Dory 27'...is that right?
Beauty little number!!!

Sorry... a little irritable today with all this talk about ramming the health reform through... will try to mellow a bit.

I never had the tech to put a video camera up a kite, but I did take some cool 35mm still photos from up masts. Recently I've been scanning a lot of my old pictures. There are a ton more on my facebook page.
The Escape Pod under construction (by me) in the early 90s.
Me as a sailboat rigger up somebody's mast in South Florida in the late 80s.
The Escape Pod in the middle of the Pacific, late 90s.
Tons more photos on my facebook page.

Congrats on making it to “CRUISE MODE”!!!
Sold my boat to move to Alaska... worth it, but do miss it sometimes.

Terrific video and kite and sailing combo. When the camera switched to ahead, I first thought the sailor must have had a second boat in front, then realized that running before the wind meant that the kite was forward, too.
Loved the twin jibs as well.
