AIPAC, an Arm of the Democrat Party

In light of the recent jihad that the Obama administration has waged against Israeli sovereignty, one would expect to hear sharp condemnation from AIPAC. After all, they claim to be the largest pro Israel lobby in D.C. Well, it turns out that when it comes to responding to the reprehensible comments of Biden, Clinton, and George Mitchell, they are surprisingly speechless. Last week, Biden tore into Israel for building homes in Jerusalem simply because they are Jewish. He had nothing to say about the illegal terrorist construction of homes in Israel, yet he had the gall to criticize Israel at an Israeli university for not surrendering more to Obama's jihadi friends. A few days later, Hilliary Clinton and George Mitchell called Prime Minister Netanyahu and demanded that they cease construction or else.. This comes just a few weeks after Democrat Congressman Brian Baird demanded that Israel open up their border with Gaze so the terrorists can move more freely.

AIPAC isn't an arm of the Democrat party, any more than they're an arm of the GOP, an equally stupid charge which led to the creation of JStreet. Everyone knows they're the heart of the neocons who control the government, no matter who's in power

Thanks dervish! Won't last. Between the astroturf group Obama's minions started, and a purge of the ADL and AIPAC hierarchy, Obamabots will silence all this.
AIPAC took this unusual step because the administration seems blinded by its own peevishness and is no longer, frankly, acting in a rational matter. (To have remained silent would have signaled agreement by American pro-Israel voices with the administration's gambit.) What is to be gained by the anti-Israel hectoring? Do the Obami think there's domestic support for its war of words against Israel?
Doubtful, because Obama sez polls don't reflect the public's attitudes. :')

I am an AIPAC supporter and have been for about 20 years. They walk a fine line down the middle. Both the GOP AND the Rat’s listen to them.
