Governor Palin and the 50th Law "It's unbelievable. Unbelievable. No administration in America's history would, I think, ever have considered such a step that we just found out President Obama is supporting today. It's kind of like getting out there on a playground, a bunch of kids, getting ready to fight, and one of the kids saying, 'Go ahead, punch me in the face and I'm not going to retaliate. Go ahead and do what you want to with me.' Sarah Palin, April 7, 2010, on Hannity
Have you read The 50th Law, by Curtis 50 Cent Jackson and Robert Greene? Released in 2009, it is among the best nonfiction books I read that were released last year. The 50th law, if youre curious, is fear nothing. Its been my contention that Gov. Palin either intuitively understands the lessons taught in Robert Greenes series on strategy, or shes running a parallel set and has become, without knowing it, his most gifted student.
Governor Palins Nuclear Experience: Alaska is home to the 49th Missile Defense Battalion at Fort Greely which has 26 missilie interceptors, maintained by members of the Alaskan National Guard. All of whom served directly under Governor Sarah Palins command. She was in charge of that facility, therefore Im pretty sure she knows a thing or two about nuclear issues. Then there is A.B. Culvahouse, former counsel to President Reagan, told an audience of Republicans that for McCain, selecting a vice president came down to three questions:

Obama’s right. Sarah Palin has NO experience:
attending a racist church;
concealing her birth records;
ripping the missile shield away from Eastern Europe;
ruining America’s health care system;
bowing to foreign despots;
etc.
maybe this idea should be its own thread :)
Gov Palin intuitively understands more than Obozo, about everything, no two ways about it. She would be far better for America than any other candidate on the presidential stage.

Either you're intentionally mis-stating the facts or woefully ignorant about this issue. Fort Greely is an active US Army base and the military personnel assigned there are under the direct command of USASMDC and the operational command of NorthCom. In no way is the governor "in charge of that facility".
If you're going to try to make a case start with the facts.
0bama can't even grasp this concise yet powerful principle, ``We win, they lose.''
Governor Sarah Palin knows it to be as relevant now as when President Ronald Reagan articulated it during the Cold War.
Are you trying to imply that palin or any governor has charge of an active US Army facility because NG troops are TDY there? If so, try again because that's just nonsense.
I'm sure that, had she requested one, the Commanding Officer would have given her a tour but in no way was she even remotely "in charge of the facility".
Thank you for proving my point.
Since you seem to believe that I am implying "something" by posting these links, along with your rather insulting and disrespectful attitude toward someone you know nothing about and who thought they were doing you a courtesy, well, never mind then.
And don’t forget that she also has foreign policy experience - because she’s visited with the troops.
I apologize for jumping the gun. I corrected myself when I thanked you in my subsequent post. The sites you linked were interesting.
I too apologize for including you in my ping.
Apology accepted though I don’t see the subsequent post that you are referring to.
Did I miss something?
You might want to Google on, say “49th Missile Defense Battalion”. It’s an Alaska Army National Guard unit.

No kidding. It's also on active duty assigned to an active duty Army installation under the direct command of USASMDC and the operational command of the Northern Command. The governor of Alaska, past or present, has zero control over them. And no governor of any state has any control of any active US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine or Coast Guard installation that is located within their state's boundaries.
But you knew that of course...
No. I did.
