Rush Limbaugh Rebuts Claims the Oklahoma City Bombing was Fueled by "Talk Radio" - Video 4/19/10

Here is video of Rush Limbaugh today reminding people that the Bill Clinton Administration's raid on the Branch Davidian Compound outside Waco, Texas occurred two years to the day before the Oklahoma City Bombing. Limbaugh was making the point there was no connection between the Oklahoma City Bombing and "Talk Radio," as many on the Left have been claiming for years. Rather, the more likely connection is between the way the Federal Government under Bill Clinton and Janet Reno handled the Waco Raid.

Obviously, It was Timothy McVeigh who is responsible for his own actions. You really cannot blame anyone other than him for what he did. But Limbaugh is right that it is ridiculous to blame "Talk Radio" for what he did, when the direct motivation that fueled McVeigh's hate for the U.S. Government was what happened at Waco.

Did Timothy McVeigh ever blame talk radio for his actions? The liberal propensity for historical revisionism is astonishing. It reflects their contempt for an American public presumed either to be too ignorant to know the facts or too apathetic/inept/stupid to challenge or counter flat-out lies told to them.

History is a diligent teacher, though. If you don't get your lessons right the first time, it will make you repeat them until you do.

We know that the OKC bombing was not caused by talk radio and asserting otherwise is just plain silly. But the German bombing of Pearl Harbor is another matter entirely.

McVeigh et al were part of some plot that never has been well explained to we the people.

The so-called root causes were the murders at Ruby Ridge, Idaho, and the Waco compound. Any citizen should have been outraged by the government's ruthless actions.

Enraged but not ready willing and able to do what the conspirators did in Oklahoma City. My grandchildren may eventually find out but slick willie blythe has covered it up so deep that it will take forty years to get to the bottom of it.
