Brooklyn Daily Eagle on US Citizenship & Presidential Eligibility; Feb 26, 1888

The following includes citations from Kent, Story & the Immigration & Nationality Acts of 1790, 1795 & 1802. It also mentions US Sec of State Thomas Bayard, whom I have already included in a previous article on the history of the definition of US citizenship. Bayard concluded in 1885 that the son of a German subject, born in Ohio, was not a citizen under the statute or the Constitution, because “he was on his birth subject to a foreign power, and not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States”.

Top 10 good things about having a president who's “Home Country” is Kenya:

10. He can devalue the currency ... and personally screw two countries.

9. He can put his entire family on welfare with foreign aid.

8. His brother doesn't need to dodge the draft.

7. He can get tested for aids in his H-C and pretend its for show, not because he's on the “down low”.

6. If he gets impeached and convicted, he can run for president in his H-C.

5. He can make millions writing about the dreams of a Kenyan while destroying the dreams of Americans!

4. He can feel comfortable driving the US into a depression as it will always look better than Kenya.

3. He can experiment on us before he goes home!

2. There's hardly any typical white people in kenya!

And the number one advantage of having Kenya as his home country:

1. Like Mexicans, he doesn't need any documentation when he travels in America!

please elaborate on what you mean by ‘sucks’. I use it because it is wordpress friendly. If you don't like it, I did give you the option of clicking on the link above it that would take you to a PDF copy that would allow you to save it. I thought I was very accommodating to my readers but all you can do is complain. Bookmark to the complainer here.

I had done their registration thing.

The last document I was looking for, that had been at their site, mysteriously disappeared. So I decided to download this one to my machine so it wouldn't disappear again. First they didn't recognize my login. (I tried twice.) Then it told me I wasn't in their system at all. So I thought instead of downloading a pdf, I would try to print it and create a pdf that way. (I have the full Acrobat SW.) When I tried that, it asked me to login again. So I tried, and this time it accepted me. Then my document didn't print. Otherwise it's great.

(I'm a computer guy BTW.)
