The list is out and Time Magazine has once again chosen the world’s 100 Most Influential People. Sarah was chosen as one of the worlds’s Most Influential Leaders, and showcased in their coverage as an Icon. Sarah is seen with Time’s assistant managing editor Radhika Jones, who compiled and edited the project for the magazine:

As Time is wont to do, they chose someone of note to write Sarah’s introduction. In this case it was none other than Texan Ted Nugent:

“If Sarah Palin played a loud, grinding instrument, she would be in my band. The independent patriotic spirit, attitude and soul of our forefathers are alive and well in Sarah. “Quitting” as governor was a “bad move”, yet she’s on this list and a major player in picking conservative winners for the 2010 elections. Notes to self:

1. Ignore all helpful advice from the far left media on who patriotic Americans should choose for our candidates.

2. Ignore all analysis from the far left media on what mistakes real Americans are making politically.

“Texan”? Just goes to show how wrong we are. The Times, the great New York Times (who is never wrong) now tells us that the "Motor City Madman" is really aTexan. Does this mean Nugent has been fibbing to us all this time?

Well first of all, the list of influential people is from Time Magazine, not the New York Times. Secondly, it is CypressTimes.com (a Texas blog) that said Ted Nugent is Texan, not Time Magazine or the New York Times.

He moved to Texas, don’t know how long ago. If he lives there long enought, Texans might let him be called a Texan.
