I beg to differ and believe that terrorists do care who is president. Hamas endorses Obama can be heard on YouTube.
The terrorists Iran released their hostages as soon as Ronald Reagan took office. I believe a position of strength clearly tells would be terrorists, 'don't screw with us' or better, "Don't tread on me."
