Will Elena Kagan be First Lesbian Supreme Court Justice? 5/11/2010 Conservative American radio talk show host Jay Weber, on News Talk 1130 WISN of Milwaukee, said today that Kagan "is a lesbian" and "is openly gay."

If I had a level of confidence that this woman was not going to push the homosexual activist agenda while serving on the court, I wouldn’t care if she were gay. Problem is, she will.

That Kagan is gay isn’t what cramps my style about her. What does is the fact that she is a dishonest liberal who doesn’t believe in or respect the Constitution any more than Ruth Bader Ginsburg or any other damned Utopian.
Where we’ll be in trouble is if anything happens to a conservative justice while Zero is in office.
There has to be a political reason why he chose her - - this may be it.

Even if conservatives manage to resist falling for the ploy, they will say it was us, and they will use that flack to draw attention away from this nominee's absolute, bedrock support of liberal causes.
The discussion of her on the Supreme Court should be strictly limited to her legal mind, and what can be shown without question that she has said, written and done in a fairly long career with government. I'm sure there's enough in her relationship, politically speaking, with the Clintons to keep us busy for a long time.
We know how they will handle this, but even so it's going to be tough to avoid being tagged by them as making her sexuality the cause for our desire to keep her out of the Supreme Court for what could be 10 times as long as a President is in office.
This is an entirely counterproductive course of action to pursue. Like the “assault” on Bill Clinton for being flagrantly heterosexual and “all-too-human”, it only helped to create unearned SYMPATHY for him, and at the same time confirmed the public perception that “rightwingers” were homophobes and bigots.THe same will happen with and for Kagan if this “non-issue issue” (that she’s a Lesbian) comes to the fore.

You’d get much further merely exposing her stance of legal issues centering on gayness, like “don’t ask, don’t tell”, where she is on record publicly as opposing ROTC recruitment
because of her opposition to DADT.
I wouldn’t be of any use in this area, because , while I would NEVER oppose ROTC recruiting on campuses, I too am opposed to DADT, even if for somewhat different reasons than Kagan.
They fully expect the right to come unglued because she is a lesbian. It’s better to focus on her record.

Obama nominated her BECAUSE she is a lesbian, and not because of her credentials (or lack of). He wanted another topic to further distract and further divide the country. It is an in-your-face decision on his part.
This whole process will take up the energy of the nation while he quietly whittles away our country in other ways. If she passes through congress, then he can proudly claim victory, and state that this is another milestone of HIS change that is good for America.
It is laughable to suggest that she is the best this country can offer to sit on the Supreme Court. On the other hand, we should not be laughing - we should be crying.
It is the militant homosexual butch, much like her anarchist cousin or terrorist uncle who is motivated by obama and his anti-American gang.
The anarchists, homosexuals, criminals, communists, muslim terrorists, child molesters and other beasts are all snarling at the gates while Obama prepares to unleash them for the destruction of life as we know it.
Make no mistake that these rat bastards are as nasty, hostile and aggressive as any Nazi, communist or terrorist our military has ever had to face on the battlefield.
