For the president, Rep. Raul Grijalva and the various boycott groups out there, this is what we like to call within the margin of STFU.
The public broadly supports a new Arizona law aimed at dealing with illegal immigration and the law’s provisions giving police increased powers to stop and detain people who are suspected of being in the country illegally.Fully 73% say they approve of requiring people to produce documents verifying their legal status if police ask for them. Two-thirds (67%) approve of allowing police to detain anyone who cannot verify their legal status, while 62% approve of allowing police to question people they think may be in the country illegally.

The color scheme that you use on your blog makes it very difficult to read.
I think most of us see this as an American issue, not a political issue;however, Obama and Co. see it as a means of consolidating their grip on Latino voters and, in so doing, their grip on power. They will use this issue to paint themselves as the only option for Latinos. We normally don’t do great with Latino voters anyways but we can probably expect to do worse now. having said that, the only states this should really matter in are probably New Mexico and Florida (IMO of course). That just means we need to play a better game in Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and North Carolina which seems pretty doable if you ask me. We need to see how this issue resonates with the voters of those aforementioned states. That means both the urban and rural voters of those states because I’m sure the two demographics will offer differing opinions to a large extent. We need to play a careful game with this issue, maybe paint it as an Arizona/state’s right issue a little bit.
Subtracting my wife and I we have 21 kids and Grandkids spread all over the globe. Every year we have a family reunion in Orlando but this year we are going to the San Diego area. I already have paid for the house we are staying but this is our last trip there. We had hoped to go back again this year but no chance. We will go to Scottsdale and keep our money here in AZ. I have two words for CA and they are not Happy Birthday.

I just visited Arizona/Grand Canyon NP for the first time last summer. I toured monument valley a bit too. I arrived a few days after the Obamas visited. They got to see the canyon all obscured by smoke. We saw it all in all its glory. We’ll go back again someday. Anyone who boycotts Arizona by not visiting Arizona is punishing themselves more than Arizona.

I agree. That's my second biggest peeve.
My first is a site that wastes bandwidth loading ad after ad and running Java on top of that to slow things down.
I hate to enter a site where the hourglass icon continues...sometimes even after I have finished reading the piece.
I put them all on my no access list.
Have you noticed that the poster (also the same as the blogger) has not responded to any post? (not the last time I looked, anyway) Not a true freeper IMO.
