Below is a clip of Eric Holder discussing how his current opinion of Arizona law SB1070 has been formulated by the media, as opposed to his personal review of the law. He has not yet been briefed by anyone on his staff who has read the bill. Does anyone in this administration think before they speak? And what should be the penalty for high administration officials, from the president to the attorney general and secretary of state, whose actions and comments have the ability to inflict economic harm on a state? What is Arizonas recourse against libel and slander, and should the Arizona Attorney General seek action against the federal government?

why not sue the feds for all in costs them to uphold the fed law that the feds won’t enforce...sounds good to me...
Isn’t there something called a ‘writ of mandamus’ that can force the federal government to do it’s job?
By the way, how stupid is a lawyer who would admit to such a thing, especially a hard Leftist lawyer, able to lie as easily as he breathes.
I hope they do. And why can’t they? The feds are not enforcing the laws, either from total incompetence or on purpose. Personally I think it’s both.

A great idea. I’ve said on other posts that they should sue Holder for not enforcing federal law.
