Sestak, Blago and the White House...Bribes and Job Offers...

Rod Blagojevich apparently asked the Obama Administration for a job in lieu of letting Obama have his pick of candidates to replace him as Illinois Senator.

Joe Sestak was asked by someone in the White House (Rahm Emanuel?) to take the Secretary of the Navy job in lieu of allowing Obama have his pick of candidates for the Pennsylvania Senate see...i.e. Arlen Specter.

One man is up for criminal conviction...the other is working in the White House.

This exactly the question I posed yesterday right here on FR.

If Blago was removed from office and indicted for soliciting a bribe, why is there no outrage that the president of the united states offered a bribe.

I would be interested to know how much Obama was involved in the Blago matter. Now with Sestak we have two known incidences of the “Chicago Way”.

Given that Blago is demanding ALL the tapes be made public and Fitz is refusing I would assume that O and Rahm are up to their necks in the wheeling and dealing.

Not only that, but it strongly looks like he and Michelle were involved a a bribery conspiracy with the University of Chicago Hospitals Corporation, her previous employer, just before and after he was elected U.S. Senator from Illinois. Immediately before the eletion she had a $100,000+ job with that entity. Shortly after he was elected they promoted her to VP in charge of public relations and more than tripled her salary. Shortly therafter, he got them a $1,200,0000 earmark. Similar transactions are one of the main grounds for the Blago indictment.

Reminiscent of hitlery getting a seat on sam walton’s board the moment bubba was elected governor

The corruption has sunk this country. When we all accept the stench we become complicit in the corruption.

I am not referring to you personally, but the collective American populace.

Last weekend I was slammed big time by Miss Msrple and couple others for criticizing Laura Bush for her support of gay marriage and abortion.

If we say nothing or praise the person because we ‘like’ them then we are agreeing with their stand on issues. JMO

Heard on WABC radio late last night that Emanuel and Sestak used to have coffee every single morning during the bubba administration. That tells me who it was that made the offer.

They are now going to threaten Sestak to retract his story and then offer SEUI help so he can win his election. After all, the dem voter doesn’t care about corruption, not a bit.

Pennsylvania is notorious for it’s voter fraud so this should be a piece of cake.
